All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receipt of delivery. *NO EXCEPTIONS
You must contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for any exchange. Exchanges will NOT be accepted without an RA# *NO EXCEPTIONS
Item(s) must be received in original condition (unworn/unused) and with all tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for items not received within the specified time and/or condition.
The invoice that was included with your order should be in your package.
Please indicate which item(s) you would prefer on the return/exchange form included with your order. Once we receive the item(s) to be exchanged, we will ship your new items(s) out within 5 business days.
*We are not responsible for lost or damaged item(s) by USPS or UPS during return shipping. We recommend that you request a tracking number and/or insurance.
